All goods are checked before leaving our warehouse.

If upon receipt, any item is proven to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge. We will accept goods returned as faulty provided we are notified within 7 days of their receipt. Please note there are certain items that are not returnable (please refer to our terms & conditions).
All other returns must be in accordance with our terms & conditions.

To return an item you must obtain a returns number from our customer services department.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via a traceable means (e.g. Recorded Delivery). If the goods are not returned, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
